doesnt say on the bottles what it is

Bottles slightly smaller than I expected ,and it doesn't state on the bottles that it is top and base coat. Ive only tried it once so far and it does go on well and dries pretty quickly, however I did find the print on the bottle came off on to my fingers and took a bit of getting off. All in all a good item and for the price not bad at all, I will buy again .The 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because of the labelling and the print coming off the bottle.Apart from those minor things I would recommend it .
